I thought it would be sutable to ask are there any Venetian Snare fans here? I love the sound he's got... Just got Chocolate wheelchair album from amazon and it's full on bass shit! I recomend this to anyone here!

some of you might know but Aaron Funk (AKA V. Snares) uses MED... I've had my legal copy now for about 5 years!!!! (and even had the Amiga version before the PC version) anyone else use trackers like MED or Buzz or Fastracker etc etc?

to me a good Tracker program is very good for Speedbass and Breakcore stuff... I also use Soundforge (mainly for Compression and EQ) also Rebirth V2.

Bass!

yes lots of speedbassers use trackers, I began on atari st in pre-speedbass times, then playerpro on mac in my early speedbass. In fact most of my tracks were composed on close-to-tracker software like fruity loops or such... and I used modplug on my latest tracks.
Trackerz are simply the best way to handle samples ;)

very nice work with your venesnarian song!
If u use a cracked soundforge and want to use a sample edit software legally (like you paid the license for MED), try this one http://audacity.sourceforge.net

Tay:
IT'S called venetian snare becuz it's a very special snare sample, recorded with 3 condenser mics around a snare made in Venice.
:P

By the way, I was actually born in Venice , Italy.
They don't make snares, special or anything. It's a miracle they sell something like musical instruments and computers (and not only masks and tourist merch crap..)
Venetian Snares is the nickname of a musician.
