![]() hey everyone, i run dramacore.com - www.dramacore.com it has been up for a year, and i thought i'd pay speedbass a visit to drop word about it and to say we are actively looking for submissions. would love to hear stuff from this community! its a free mp3 based netlabel. good mix of music, from misc lofi, breakcore, chiptunes, digital hardcore, etc. i used to have an account on here under the name ehafh, but i'm almost positive the email attached to it is dead. so i just made a new one. hit me up via the email on the website and/or reply here if you are interested! either way, keep rockin for yourself. edited by: dramacore, Feb 14, 2007 - 11:42 AM |

i'm slightly confused. are you mocking the idea? i dig what you people do and figured i'd ask if anyone wanted to branch out and put something on a lesser known netlabel. sorry for trying to help. |

Oh yes this a misunderstanding. I'm telling that dramacore and speedbass are more or less in the same case. Those two websites are both looking for submissions. Actually there are very few tracks posted here these days. Sorry if you thaught I was mocking, that was not my intention. |

By the way, it seems that the lack of submissions is a general problem. I remember your anti-myspace thread on c8.com, the moderator replied: "You'd be surprised how few requests I get for hosting on C8" I guess that kids prefer hosting their stuff on myspace rather than gather here. |

Or they prefer doing their own site, since speedbass beginings hosting a web site is way cheaper and more common, as free file hosting or such stuff. @_0 |

thanks :) it's old stuff, it was in my signature but it looked like it was part of the message, but it is a good example of how easy it is to put a bit of stuff online for free and with rather few technical knowledge @_0 |

I was wondering..why "drama" ? why "core" ? why not move on from the same old -but comfortable- categories? I haven't listened to the releases but it really does remind me of NAHC and HMCR together, only with crappier graphics.. I mean, why putting up another netlabel when there's a shitload of them already? don't take it personally anyway...these are just my personal thoughts... bye ![]() ![]() |

to: dUbsta its dramacore because of so many labels playing the genre game, i thought that mentality was entirely cliche and wanted the name to be kind of worn out already, in a sense. check out the releases, some of them may not be at all what you expected. its nothing like the releases found on NAHC, in my opinion. nahc is a low bit rate label, i tend to put out higher quality kbps mp3's. i'm not sure what you mean by hmcr ? doesnt ring a bell off the top of my head right now the graphics were chosen in that style for a reason, i wanted it to be something not entirely of my own creation. ( i didnt draw the stuff ) i guess if its viewed as bad or whatever thats opinion, i like em, they are sassy! yeah nothing taken personal, people are all into all sorts of stuff. cool to have people interested to any degree. |
